Woman Up! celebrates 100 years of women voters at First Fridays Aurora on March 6

First Fridays is art, music, and a celebration of women on March 6. It’s time to Woman Up! To honor the 100th anniversary of the suffrage movement, First Fridays celebrates women during Women’s History Month.

Visit several venues open to the public for a night of art and culture in downtown Aurora. Free! Plus trolley rides.

Aurora League of Women Voters and Kane County Audubon Society Exhibits Kickoff:
The Aurora League of Women Voters celebrates 100 years of suffrage with a historical display, and the Kane County Audubon Society welcomes spring with Birds of Illinois photo exhibit. Enjoy the exhibits as you listen all woman horn ensemble, Alloy Horn Quartet! Visit the First Fridays photo booth from 7 to 9 p.m. Free.
