Join the Aurora Regional Fire Museum for some fun during our virtual First Fridays on Friday, April 3. We will be live on Facebook every 30 minutes with a new activity for the whole family to enjoy.
Fire Triangle – 5:30pm
Join Museum Assistant Rachel as we talk about the fire triangle and how knowing of the ingredients of a fire can help you practice fire safety. This will include a demo of the fire triangle to give kids a visual example of how fires start and grow and what they can do to safely dismantle the triangle.
Storytime with Jackie – 6:00pm
Make sure to tune in with the kids for a fun storytime with Museum Volunteer Jackie. Jackie will be reading one of our Director’s favorite childhood books ‘Firemouse’ by Nina Barbaresi.
Researching Your Family History – 6:30pm
If you’re looking for a new hobby to pick up, tune in with former Museum Assistant Cayla Wagner as she talks about how using social distancing as a way to start researching your family history!
