Have a ball in downtown Aurora this winter. It’s A Magical Winter with “Cinderella” at Paramount Theatre starting Nov. 10. Other magical events include Winter Lights festivities on Nov. 19 and Holiday Art and Market from 9 a.m. to noon at Society 57 on Nov. 13 & 20 and Dec. 11 & 18. Join us on Dec. 3 at First Fridays for the annual Cocoa Crawl at participating businesses. Art and Market

Aurora Downtown’s indoor market is back at Society 57. Shop more than a dozen vendors for the holidays. Dates are Saturdays 11/13, 11/20, 12/11, and 12/18 from 9 a.m. to noon at 100 S. River St. Free to enter.

Winter Lights

Watch the city’s official tree lighting at Winter Lights on November 19.

Celebrate the cheeriest and jolliest of seasons with us at Winter Lights on Friday, Nov. 19 from 6 to 9 p.m. Shop a small holiday market, enjoy food trucks, get festive with live music, watch a festive parade and a fireworks show, and then stop by 14 W. Downer Pl. for photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Cocoa Crawl

Grab a mug and a button and warm up in downtown Aurora. Our popular event is back! Visit several participating venues during First Fridays on December 3 and enjoy samples of hot chocolate. A Cocoa Crawl mug ($10) and a Cocoa Crawl button ($5) are both needed to enjoy the Cocoa Crawl portion of the evening. Mugs are on sale at downtown merchants and they will also be available for sale at Art and Market from 9 a.m. to noon at Society 57 on November 13 and 20.

Santa at the Gazebo

Ho ho ho! Santa landed at the gazebo and welcomes families for free photos. He’ll be at the gazebo from 1 to 3 p.m. on the first three Saturdays in December. Millennium Plaza gazebo is located at 21 S. Stolp Ave. FREE!

Paramount’s Cinderella

Paramount Theatre presents Cinderella, the beloved musical by the genius minds of Rodgers and Hammerstein, in a mesmerizing new production bringing a reimagined take on the classic children’s story that has enchanted families for generations.

Previews of Cinderella start November 10. Cinderella runs through January 9, 2022. Tickets are $36 to $79. Cinderella is suggested for ages 5 and up.
