An ice cream shop passionate about rich flavors and fresh ingredients. Charlie’s Silver Spoon Creamery is named in homage to the Silverplate building that it is housed in at the northeast corner of Downer Place and Stolp Avenue. The shop serves up about a dozen small batch, homemade ice cream flavors.
