Stop by downtown businesses for great, one-of-a-kind holiday shopping and Day of the Dead traditions. Masks are required and attendance is limited per state guidelines. Some events will be held outdoors.

Check out the Aurora Regional Fire Museum’s new holiday ornament available NOW! Ornaments are $20 each or 2 for $35. $2 from every ornament sold will go towards our 1942 Restoration Fund. Select store pick up or select shipping for $10 and we can mail it to you!

Crystal House, 59 S. LaSalle St., will be open late for First Fridays. Stop by until 8 p.m.

Gillerson’s if featuring an outdoor double feature! Catch “Coco” at 5 p.m. and “Star Wars: New Hope” at 7 p.m. Bring a chair and a blanket. No registration required. Beer specials available.

Simply Destinee Youth Center, 122 W. Downer Pl., will host a catrina show from 6 to 8 p.m. Enjoy a DJ and more!

Visit The Cotton Seed Creative Exchange, 8 N. Broadway, to hear live music featuring Frankii Davis, and pick up a raffle ticket to win FREE Cotton Seed merchandise, co-sponsored by VizoArts (a 501c3 NFP).

Dia de los Muertos on Broadway

Businesses along Broadway will be celebrating Day of the Dead with ofrendas on display, decorated storefronts, and live entertainment from 5 to 9 p.m. Participating stores include Patron Boots, Balderas Salon, Bella Jewelry, Suzy’s Sweets, La Central Bakery, Hercules Gallery of Hair, and Creaciones Morelos.

Stop by the APS Tower at 105 E. Galena Blvd. for outdoor Day of the Dead activities starting at 4 p.m. Masks required.
